The Lovell team of licensed professionals specializes in the workers' compensation needs of all 12 industries for which we administer safety groups, providing an extensive range of claims, underwriting, and safety services. Our safety group members rely on expedited claims handling, rapid responses, and personalized attention from our staff of over 100 dedicated employees.
Lovell's unique service team methodology works to assure overall client satisfaction and ongoing client success. These teams include representatives of each Lovell department and discipline, and focus on servicing clients within a geographic region. Each team's claims and safety representatives make regularly scheduled visits to clients, in order to review open claims and loss reports, and to evaluate and discuss safety improvements, training, etc. If problems arise, the entire service team participates in solving them on–site and in working with Lovell's home office personnel to ensure follow–up and client satisfaction.
